Shubham Hotels

Terms & Conditions

Last updated 15 September 2026 · Applies to Hotel Shubham Beach, Puri and Hotel Shubham, Rourkela

Draft — confirm before publishing. The commercial terms on this page (cancellation windows, charges and refund timelines) follow the common Indian independent-hotel standard. They have not yet been confirmed against Shubham Hotels' actual practice. Review and amend them, then delete this notice.

Using this website

By using shubhamhotel.com you accept these terms. We keep the site as accurate as we can, but descriptions, photographs and facilities may change — nothing on this website is an offer or a guarantee of availability on its own.

Enquiries are not bookings

Sending an enquiry through this website does not create a reservation. A booking exists only once our team has confirmed it to you directly, in writing or by phone, with dates and rate agreed.

Rates quoted in response to an enquiry are valid for the dates and occupancy quoted, and may change if either changes.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 12:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM at both properties. Reception is staffed 24 hours. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be chargeable.

Identification

All guests must present valid government-issued photographic identification at check-in, as required under Indian law. Foreign nationals must present a passport and valid visa.

Conduct and damage

Guests are responsible for damage caused to hotel property by them or by members of their party. We may recover the cost of repair or replacement.

Smoking is not permitted in non-smoking rooms. Illegal substances are not permitted anywhere on the property.

Events and banquets

Event bookings are confirmed against a written proposal and a deposit. Final guest numbers must be confirmed in advance of the function date, as agreed in your proposal. Catering for events at both properties is provided in-house.

Liability

We take reasonable care of guests and their belongings but are not liable for loss or damage to valuables that are not deposited with reception for safekeeping.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Odisha.
