Room bookings

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the check-in date are not charged.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date are charged one night's tariff.

If you do not arrive and do not cancel, the booking is treated as a no-show and the full stay is charged.

Early departure

If you leave before your confirmed check-out date, the remaining nights may be charged unless the room can be re-let. Please tell reception as early as you can — we will always try to release the nights.

Peak periods

During Rath Yatra, Durga Puja, New Year and other peak dates, longer cancellation windows and advance-payment terms may apply. Where they do, they are stated on your confirmation. The terms on your confirmation take precedence over this page.

Event and banquet bookings

Event bookings are held against a deposit. The deposit is refundable if the event is cancelled more than 30 days before the function date, and non-refundable inside 30 days.

Cancellation within 7 days of the function date may be charged at up to the full contracted value, because the date can rarely be re-sold at that notice.

Bookings made through travel sites

If you booked through MakeMyTrip or another travel website, that platform's cancellation terms apply and the cancellation must be made through them, not with us directly.

How to cancel
